Imbibis’ award-winning spirits are inspired by the Sunshine State’s flora & flavours, & its vibrant, diverse landscapes. It’s the best of Queensland in a bottle!

Using premium Australian ingredients in their small, bespoke gin batches, including bottle brush, lemon myrtle, native pepper berry & anise myrtle.

Their brandy is produced using only the finest local grapes.

For the third year running Imbibis has been recognised at the 2023 London Spirits Competition, receiving three medals in the coveted awards.

The Imbibis Craft Distillery door is OPEN every Friday from 10am until 6pm & they have combined with Baked By Brook to offer grazing boxes to enjoy as you partake in delicious gin & brandy...a must try during your next visit to the area!
