The Mater Private Hospital at Springfield Central is an innovative, unique and contemporary hospital providing holistic healthcare to the Greater Springfield community.

The hospital offers 80 beds for medical and surgical services for overnight and day patients, including a dedicated day oncology service.

Patient experience is the focus of the newly created facility which includes: a fold-away bed in every room and no set visiting hours for family centred care; integrated room control allowing patients to control temperature, blinds and lighting in each room; dietician approved room service menu and communal healing garden.

Mater is committed to caring for the Greater Springfield community and as it continues to grow their services will grow with it. Planning is underway for future expansion, all with the aim of providing exceptional healthcare to the Greater Springfield community for this generation and beyond.
